Board Member
Hai T. Dang is an experienced senior executive in real estate and a financing professional. He will provide perspective and guidance as a director in his areas of expertise, which include buying and selling real estate, managing real estate, and investing in real estate.
Over the last 15 years, Mr. Dang has built a large client network in the U.S. and Vietnam investor communities and has managed a variety of large asset portfolios. He has also a portfolio of corporate clients who rely on his tenant advisory services.
Mr. Dang has represented numerous sellers and buyers in the purchase of commercial properties including retail strip centers, stand-alone retail buildings, restaurants, mixed use buildings, and commercial land. His knowledge of valuation techniques as well as reading economic conditions provides a valuable resource for the board and management of Sunstone Trust Company. He received his Marketing Degree from Southeastern Massachusetts University.
Sunstone is a trust company chartered by the State of California (Certificate of Authority No. 2676). Sunstone is also a member of the Association of Trust Organizations, the Long Beach Area Chamber of Commerce, and the Greater Irvine Chamber.
